Jennifer Cassetta is a international speaker on women's wellness, safety and empowerment.
As a clinical nutritionist, personal trainer and third-degree black belt in HapKiDo, Jennifer's wellness expertise is far-reaching and deep.

In 2005, she completed the Institute for Integrative Nutrition health coaching program, and went on to graduate as a clinical nutritionist from the University of Bridgeport, CT, with a Master's degree in 2009. She also studied Hapkido, a Korean martial art, in NYC for 10 years under a top instructor in the U.S.

Now based in Los Angeles, Jennifer has consulted for various companies such as Beachbody where she ran test groups and certified groups of trainers in P90X. She writes nutrition manuals for fitness programs, creates content for many health websites and was a featured expert on ABC's reality weight loss show, My Diet is Better Than Yours.

Jennifer has also made appearances on The Today Show, The Doctors, Rachael Ray and many more and she contributes to healthy publications like Women's Health, Fitness, Shape and the Huffington Post. When she's not working with clients or speaking at colleges around the country, you can find her biking around Santa Monica, eating organic food and petting stray cats.
